The overall value of land for sale in the state amounts to approximately $28 billion, and covers approximately 600,000 acres. Of the 67 counties in the state, Lee County has the most land for sale. Looking at data recently recorded through the Land Network Comparable Sales program, the most land and rural property sales were recorded in Putnam County.
