The central region of Texas covers the state's three largest cities: Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth and San Antonio. A total of around 100,000 acres were listed for sale in Texas's Hill County recently, representing a combined nearly $271 million in Hill County ranches, farms, hunting land and other rural land and acreage for sale. Hill County ranks 19th out of 254 counties in the Lone Star State for the combined amount of land currently advertised for sale. There were five properties listed as sold in Hill County through the Land Network Comparable Sales Program. This represented a total value of $1,589,000. Whitney featured the most land for sale. Hill County is Texas's 85th biggest county (985 square miles). It's located in the Blacklands North Texas region of Texas.
