Averi has helped oversee her familys restaurant, Abercrombies, in Clayton since 2010. Averi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and a Master of Science in Strategic Communication from Troy University. With years of experience in media planning and digital advertising, particularly in Agriculture Media, she brings a strategic and results-driven approach to real estate. Her ability to market properties effectively, combined with her deep local knowledge, makes her an invaluable resource for buyers and sellers alike.

Averis family has generations of expertise in the timber industry and now works alongside her husband as they own and operate their own business serving the timber industry. Their firsthand experience in land and resource management gives her a unique perspective when helping clients find properties that align with their lifestyle and investment goals.

She and her husband, Jacob, live on their farm with their three sons, where they embrace the outdoor lifestylehunting, fishing, riding ATVs, caring for livestock, and managing their land.
