Caleb Frick

We have enjoyed many successes in life including having a wonderful 25+ year marriage, three amazing teenage boys, selling our successful promotional products distributorship in Maryland, and finally moving to and pursuing real estate careers in beautiful Southwest Florida. We've both had very rewarding careers. Caleb's enjoyed the benefits of a family business that he's worked at for 31 years since the age 14. Starting at the bottom and eventually buying out all the business partners to become the sole owner and President of the company. Throughout his career he mastered the many hats a business owner must wear when running a multi-million-dollar business. Those "hats" included: Production manager, Sales manager, Top Salesperson and Manager of Key Accounts, Fulfillment, Marketing, Contract Negotiating with vendors and key accounts, Shipping & Receiving Manager, Equipment Repairman, etc. All of these roles have given him the professional experience needed to provide premium customer service, the ability to see things through and the desire to lead through even the most challenging times. Mathilde's path to living the dream came a bit differently than Caleb's. She was originally born in France and came to the US as an Au Pair for a year to gain life experiences and perfect her English. While staying with a wonderful host family, Caleb and Mathilde's paths crossed. A short 8 months later they were married. Mathilde's career path started off working for Sylvan Learning Centers as a text book translator which eventually provided an opportunity to enter the Web hosting world in the early 2000s assisting French speaking customers. As with most things Mathilde sets her mind to, she excelled in the IT field earning a BS in Information Science Cum Laude from the University of Maryland and enjoyed a 14+ year career working in the server and software engineering fields. In an effort to balance home and work life, the opportunity presented itself to bring Mathilde on to co-manage the business together. Her many responsibilities included: Integration and oversight of e-commerce platforms for key accounts, IT Manager, Graphic Designer, HR/Payroll, Accounts Receivable & Payable, and the list goes on. Mathilde's meticulous attention to detail, desire to excel at anything she does, and unrelenting work ethic position her perfectly for a successful career in real estate as our licensed real estate broker.
