Cameron Roth

Our broker, Cameron Roth, is a native of Coffey County, Kansas where he grew up on a farm south of Burlington. His love of the land and the agriculture producers who provide its stewardship began at a young age. His initial exposure in his youth was in the livestock auctions of Burlington and Eureka which were owned by his grandfather and great-grandfather and were the setting for many of his favorite childhood memories. This early love affair is well documented in his pre-school report card at the age of 4 years and nine months. His teacher, Mrs. Phelps stated, Cameron has good communication skills and especially enjoys talking about farms and horses. To this day, forty years later, discussing farms and horses is both business and a passion!

High levels of performance, fiduciary duty and continuous improvement are standard operating procedures for Cameron. He has built a reputation amongst landowners, bankers, trust managers, attorneys and the general public as the go-to guy when theres a sale of rural property. The entire brokerage revolves around selling rural property and Cameron takes great pride in providing exceptional service to his clients by always looking for methods to better represent them. Extensive networking, tireless marketing and his specialized land education are of few examples of this dedication. Hes a member of the Realtors Land Institute, American Society of Farm Managers and Appraisers, Kansas Auctioneers Association and National Association of Realtors amongst others. Cameron also has extensive furthered education and experience in 1031 Exchange, Oil and Gas, land investment analysis, real estate negotiation and land valuation.
