Capri Barney

Northern Arizona Advisor, Capri Barney, focuses on the rapidly developing Yavapai, Coconino, Mohave, Gila, and Navajo County areas. Capri provides broad insights on land transactions, drawing from her extensive experience in the homebuilding, title, and legal industries. Capri is a licensed Arizona real estate agent and has been a member of the Land Advisors Organization since 2002.

A native of Arizona and a Northern Arizona area resident since 1992, Capri is well versed in the challenges and opportunities in the northern Arizona land markets. She has been instrumental in revitalizing the residential real estate market in Northern Arizona, playing a significant role in transactions that brought new builders to the area and new opportunities for local builders. Her established relationships with landowners, lenders, investors, developers, and builders have benefitted both buyers and sellers while assisting her in becoming a respected leader in the land brokerage industry throughout Northern Arizona.

Capri is a member of the Prescott Area Commercial Group, Home Builders Association of Central Arizona, and the National Association of Home Builders. She has served for many years as a volunteer with various womens, childrens and youth organizations.
