Carol Barnhardt

Carol Barnhardt has been a trusted leader in the real estate industry since 1986. After earning her broker s license in 1988, Carol and her husband, Bob, opened a successful Realty World office in New Jersey. Together, they went on to own and operate both Century 21 and REMAX franchises, where Carol s expertise in office management, agent recruitment, and training took center stage. Her ability to inspire and mentor agents has led many to become top-performing professionals in the field. In 1998, Carol expanded her talents into the mortgage industry, serving as a Loan Originator and branch manager for a major lender. Through the ever-changing real estate landscape, Carol skillfully led the "Barnhardt Team," managing both real estate and mortgage services. Beyond her professional success, Carol is proud of her role as a mother and mentor. She raised four children, two of whom continue the family legacy as successful Real Estate agents in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In 2015, Carol and Bob relocated to their second home in Millsboro, DE, where she continued her leadership in real estate. Currently, Carol serves as the Operations Manager for The Barnhardt Group. She is passionate about helping agents unlock their potential, guiding them to build businesses that offer unlimited opportunities for growth. Outside of work, Carol enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her four children and 11 grandchildren. She loves cooking, boating, exploring the Delaware beaches with her dogs, and enjoying happy hours with friends.
