Eddie Stone, RF earned a Masters degree in Forest Business from Mississippi State University and has worked in the forest industry for over 30 years. Working for large corporations Eddie gained experience in land management where he learned how to maximize the biological growth of timber. And, as a procurement forester, he learned how to determine the current value of a tract of timber and how to best merchandise it to get the landowner top dollar for his timber products.

Very soon after leaving the corporate world and opening a consultant forestry business, Forever Green, Inc. Eddie realized he needed to be a licensed real estate agent to better serve his clients. Looking for a real estate company that specializes in rural property, he joined Great Southern Land as its North Alabama Land Agent. As a REALTOR and Registered Forester, Eddie is uniquely qualified to guide you through the process of buying or selling land.
