Garrick Olerud

Garrick grew up on a dairy farm and has lived in Westby for most of his life. He graduated from UWL with a Marketing degree and has been a licensed real estate agent since 2014. In 2019, he founded Nexthome Prime Real Estate with an office in Westby. The company has continued to grow, opening offices in Hillsboro, WI, and Mesa, AZ. Garrick is licensed in Wisconsin, Arizona, and Minnesota.

Additionally, Garrick is a licensed auctioneer and can handle real estate auctions as well as sell personal property alongside your house. He specializes in selling residential homes, vacant land (including recreational and farmland), and commercial properties.
