Hank Campbell

As Senior Vice President with Commonwealth Land with 24 years of experience in the real estate brokerage business, Hank Specializes in commercial and rural real estate with a strong concentration on the brokerage of land including timberland, farmland and and land for development.

Hank received his Bachelor of of Arts degree from Hampden-Sydney College where he was a member of the Omicron Delta Kappa Society for Leadership and recipient of the Anna Carrington Harrison for Leadership. Hank joined Commonwealth Commercial in 2002 and was a founding member of Commonwealth Land in 2009 where he has continued his practice of real estate focused on the brokerage timberland and farmland as well as commercial land. Hank has offered seller and buyer representation services to Timberland Investment Management Organizations, private partnerships and conservation groups as well numerous other large land onwers across Virginia.

Hank has offered his leadership skills to the community where he has been involved in activities with the Virginia Institute of Marine Science, Ducks Unlimited, the National Wild Turkey Federation and the Coastal Conservation Association.

Over the past 15 years, Hanks has sold over 70,000+/-acres of real estate across the state of Virginia. These properties consisited of institutionally and privately-owned timberland as well as farmland and land for development.
