Jay Culler

Jay Culler is an Accredited Land Consultant and a member of the Realtors Land Institute (RLI) and specializes in all facets of rural acreage such as farmland, timberland, investment property, and recreation property. He enjoys meeting new people and helping them with all their needs whether they are buying or selling property. Jay grew up on a farm in Orangeburg, SC, where his passion for agriculture, land, hunting, fishing, and the outdoors all began. He is a graduate of Clemson University and has over 30 years experience in the timber industry and is a Registered SC Forester. Having experience in agriculture, forestry, construction, heavy equipment operation, and outdoor recreation, Jay knows and loves working with land and can see its potential.
