John Thomas Parker

John Thomas Parker is an agent with Coldwell Banker Commercial Cornerstone in Sumter, South Carolina. John specializes in recreational property, farmland, timberland, plantations, and anything in between across the state. Being a South Carolina native, he grew up with a deep appreciation and passion for the outdoors always hunting or fishing. With his love for wildlife, properties, and hunting, John found his niche in real estate for land. After graduating from The University of South Carolina where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Entrepreneurship and Real Estate, he moved back to Sumter to follow his passion.
