Jordan Huckeba

Jordan & Sarah have been married for 18 years. Over the years they have gained experience in appraising (Jordan is an active real estate appraiser since 2020), remodeling, selling, building, buying, flipping, & splitting/selling real estate. Jordan developed a love for real estate while he was still working as a coach and teacher. The next 5 years of his career was in sales/facilitation in the corporate training and development industry. Now, his experience as a real estate appraiser and investor gives him extensive knowledge in what constitutes value in homes and land, which he can use to the benefit of his clients. Sarah loves creating a place where her family and friends feel welcome and comfortable home is very important to her! She pays attention to the details and wants to ensure her client s priorities are heard. She enjoys helping sellers stage their homes and helping buyers visualize what they need in a new home. They choose to work as a team in this business because they believe the combination of their personalities, skills, & experiences gives their clients the highest level of service.
