Lindsey Lee is a 4th generation rancher on her family's ranch, Lee Ranch and 6th generation rancher in Jackson County. She is the owner of L2 Cattle Company, LLC and Wine Glass Cattle Operations, LLC, past President and current Vice President of the Jackson County Farm Bureau and a director of the Edna Lions Club. Founding board member of the Edna Education Foundation and current Vice President of the Jackson County Volunteer Organization Active in Disaster. She is the treasurer of the Jackson County Cattle Raisers Association, past member of the Texas Farm Bureau's Natural Resource Committee. She is a state board member of the Independent Cattlemen's Association of Texas, active member of the Victoria Chapter of the Independent Cattlemen's Association of Texas and a member of the Jackson County Field Crop Committee. She is past President and Vice President of the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce, past member of the Edna Rotary Club and past board member of the Texana Arts Council. She is a volunteer with Helping Hands of Jackson County, a member of both the Texas Community Futures Forum Group and the Jackson County 100 Club. In 2015, she was named Jackson County Rancher of the Year and Lee Ranch was named Conservation Ranch of the Year by the Jackson County Soil and Water Conservation District. In 2016, Lindsey was appointed by Governor Greg Abbott to serve as a public member to the board of Texas Professional Geoscientists. In January of 2020, Lee was chosen as a gubernatorial appointee to serve on the Texas Broadband Development Council. Lee currently serves as a board member of the Texas Agricultural Land Trust.
