Lisa Ferringo

She began her real estate career in 1989 working for luxury condo developer in Miami, FL. She was promoted to Broker of Mystic Point Realty in Aventura, FL in 1995 and then went on to be a top producing agent for Sotheby's International Realty on Miami Beach FL in 1999, where she specialized in Luxury Estates Homes. In 2004 she purchased a vacation home in the Florida Keys and fell in love with the area. Six months later she made the Keys her permanent home. Since joining Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate Co., she has been a consistent Top Producer for the company. In 2012 she earned a membership into Coldwell Banker's President's International Elite which distinguishes her as one of the top Coldwell Banker Sales Associates Globally. She has 7 people on her team consisting of herself, a team manager, three buyer's agents and two administrative assistant. Ryan Gernaat is the team manager/marketing coordinator, John Salvatore is the Senior Buyers Agent, Lisa Habecker and Olivia Dutoit is are also buyer's agents, and Megan Gaylord and Caitlin Meyer are their administrative assistants.
