Mary Blevins

Mary Blevins, Owner, and President of Dream Mountain Realty is an educated and experienced broker whose team is ready to assist any buyer or seller with their dream purchase. With 10 years of mortgage-lending experience and NC Insurance sales experience; Mary has the background to counsel first-time homebuyers or help those who are in the high-end market. Remaining in the business for over 16 years has helped Mary gain knowledge and to master how to serve her clients the best. Mary holds several designations that add to her skill: Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Certified Short Sale Seller (CSSS), Strategic Pricing Specialist (SPS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and Luxury Homes Certificate (LHC). Mary also graduated Magna Cum Laude Honors with a Degree in Organizational Management and Development from Lees McRae College. She was also named on the National Dean s List, obtaining two Associate degrees from Mayland Community College prior. As a lifelong resident of Yancey County, Mary knows the area well. She married her high school sweetheart and they have one daughter, Jenna.
