Melanie Fenelon

Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Melanie considers herself a rare native of the Texas Hill Country, a market she has loved and proudly served since becoming a Realtor in 2003.  

Melanie has consistently endeavored to raise the bar for the real estate industry demonstrating the highest levels of ethics and achievement, exemplary client services, an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the transaction, and a laser focus on the unique needs of each of her clients. Prior to the world of real estate, Melanie was a public school teacher as well as a public relations/marketing manager, and it's through these varied experiences that she honed the skills needed to connect with people, assess their needs, understand the resources at hand and execute a plan to reach their goals.  Today, she continues to enjoy educating her clients and assisting them through the multi-faceted real estate process so their objectives are met and exceeded while having a very positive experience.

Melanie is a graduate of both the University of Texas at Austin as well as Texas Tech University in Lubbock, and she lives just outside of Austin in the Texas Hill Country with her husband James.
