Fallon-Cortese Land formerly Emmet Fallon Agency, was established in 1972.

Tens of millions of dollars in sales and hundreds of satisfied customers later we still do business the old fashioned way. Honesty and a thorough knowledge of New Mexico ranches has brought success but more importantly many new friends and much repeat business. We rely on reputation, on repeat buyers and on word of mouth advertising.

Principals include the founder Emmet Fallon, now an Associate Broker and Nick Cortese, Owner and Qualifying Broker. Both men were raised on area ranches and continue to operate their own farms and ranches.

The owner, Nick Cortese is a graduate of NMSU who has taught ag and has farmed and ranched extensively.

He and Karen, his wife of 34 years, have owned and operated several ag related business.

Community service has been a big part of both brokers lives as each served many years in various capacities such as mayor, president of school board, and in their churches as volunteers and officers.
