Oscar Evans

Oscar is an Accredited Land Consultant and Land Broker who specializes in farms, ranches and investment land. He is passionate about property rights and ensuring that landowners have an advocate for all of their land stewardship, acquisition and sales.

Oscar was raised on his family farm in South Louisiana where he developed his love for the land. Working alongside his dad he learned the importance of stewardship and conservation as they transitioned the farm from cattle pasture and feedlot to row crop. Still in the family, the land is part of a thriving Sugar Cane operation.

After graduating with a BS in Finance, Oscar joined the Navy where he flew almost 2,000 hours with 400 carrier landings in the F/A 18 Hornet. He transitioned to the Air National Guard where he flew the F15 Eagle until retiring as a Lt. Col. in 2010. He uses his leadership experience and mission focus to ensure his clients get the best possible real estate experience.
