Paul Valentine

Paul started his real estate career in 1992 after serving 6 years in the U.S. Army. He started his career with Century 21 where he received the Centurion Award twice. He has worked with major industrial timberland owners and specializes in farms, ranches and vacant land. Having worked on a dairy farm during his high school years taught him the value of hard work and determination. Having a father in the construction industry has given him great first-hand experience in new construction and development.

Outside of work he enjoys all the Pacific Northwest has to offer with his wife Lori, two sons, and grandsons. Paul enjoys fishing and hunting from fishing local lakes with his grandsons for Rainbow trout to hunting Roosevelt elk in western Washington.

Paul’s goal is to help both buyers and sellers receive maximum return on their real estate investment and to work with clients for years to come.
