Ronnie L Beitzel

With more than 34 years in the land development business, Ron Beitzel brings experience and knowledge to the Central Ohio real estate market. As the principal broker with Four Seasons Land Company, Ron specializes in the sale of development and agricultural properties. He is also involved in the site selection of industrial, retail, and development land sites for purchasers. He has coordinated the acquisition and development of more than 4,000 acres of residential and commercial properties. Ron received his Bachelor of Science degrees from the Ohio State University Agricultural Economics and Dairy Science with an emphasis in soil and water conservation engineering. In 2002, Ron received his Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance at the University of Dayton.
