Murney Associates Agent of the Year 2023! Scott is one of the top 2% producing Realtors in the Greater Springfield Area with over 26 years of experience. He represented his clients in over 20 million total sales volume a year in 2019, 2020 & 2021! He was awarded the prestigious Award of Excellence Gold Medal Life Member in 2021. Scott earned his Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) in 1999, and his e-Pro certification in 2004. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of Real Estate and an expert in residential marketing and promotion. Scott makes it a priority to stay informed on current and future real estate market conditions. He served as President of the Greater Springfield Board of Realtors in 2007 and has been involved in several local and state Realtor committees. Scott was honored by being named Realtor of the Year in 2007. He was named to the Springfield Business Journal 40 under 40 in 2002 and is a member of Leadership Springfield Class 28. Scott s heart is in serving and giving back to the local community any way he can. He is currently serving as Chairman of the Board for BluCurrent Credit Union, Board Member for CASA of SW Missouri, Elder of River Bluff Fellowship Church and a Board Member for The Victim Center. Scott is a current member of the Southeast Rotary Club of Springfield. He is a lifelong resident of Springfield. He and his wife, Rebekah, have been married for 25 years and they have a son, Sam, who is 20 years old.
