Founder Seth Garrett is a seasoned land expert with two decades of experience in the real estate industry. Since earning his BBA in Real Estate from the University of Georgia in 2005, Seth has worked across the entire real estate life cycle—site selection, development, consulting, appraisal, and sales—giving him a comprehensive perspective that few in the industry can match.

A native of Georgia, Seth brings deep market knowledge of metro Atlanta and North Georgia, combining local insight with a strategic, data-driven approach. Before launching Mulberry Land Company, he held key roles at respected real estate firms including Southeast Apartment Partners, Haddow & Company, and Legacy Ventures. His work has been recognized nationally, including his induction into the APEX 2024 Producers Club by the REALTORS® Land Institute in March 2025.

Seth’s commitment to land stewardship and professional excellence extends beyond the business. He is actively involved in the REALTORS® Land Institute, Urban Land Institute, and Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation, and supports environmental organizations like Trout Unlimited and Chattahoochee Riverkeeper.

When he's not helping clients make the most of their land, you’ll find Seth fly-fishing, hiking, or spending time outdoors with his wife Lisa, their three boys, and three dogs in their hometown of Milton, Georgia.
