Spencer Bowen

Spencer started his career in real estate as an investor. He bought his first investment property in 2005 and never looked back. The knowledge gained through years of investing has created a deep well of knowledge in all aspects of real estate. Combining his well-honed communication, analytic, and negotiation skills with compassion and kindness, he loves creating win-win situations for all parties involved. Spencer uses his vast knowledge, experience, and know-how to help traditional sellers navigate today's tricky marketplace. He loves educating and sharing his insights to help create well-informed clients. Whether steering clients in the right direction (or away from the wrong one) or holding their hand during the "scary parts", Spencer is famous for doing whatever it takes to get the job done right. Spencer lives with his wife and 3 kids in North Seattle. His interests include outdoor sports, reading, and playing with his kids. Spencer is an active member of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) and the Real Estate Association of Puget Sound (REAPS).
