Established in 2017 by Jen & Steve Armenia, we are very excited to be able to share our love of land with you and look forward to helping you find your dream property. We both grew up in family-owned businesses, so it was only natural for us to start a business of our own based on a common interest in real estate.

When were not out sourcing hot land deals, we enjoy spending time with our family, friends, and two coonhounds. We aim to be down-to-earth, caring people and value your trust more than making the sale. We believe that the sales will come if everything else is in place and our customers are happy and feel taken care of.
