Thom Milke

Thom has over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing, from advertising and consulting, to retail, hospitality and e-commerce. As the founder and managing director of Hummingbird Creative, Thom developed brand strategies and integrated marketing campaigns for small business, nonprofit and higher education clients, including serving as agency of record for the Forest Stewardship Council U.S. and Northland Forest Products for over 15 years. An avid outdoorsman, Thom is a licensed Vermont Real Estate Salesperson and brings a marketers strategic instinct and creative eye to the Fountains Land real estate team.
