Nice view from the knoll top! Atop this hardwood laden property is a knoll which lays out well for building! Out to the southeast are some very nice, fairly long range mountains! To the south, there's a couple of peaks out there, a little closer! Northeast, across a green meadow, is the actual Rush Creek itself. Behind that, is a close mountain that you are looking across and up at! The Creek travels just a short way and then under Morgan Hill Road where it joins the actual Broad River! Rush Creek Road continues up along the creek to just a few houses above, so no traffic snarls here! From the very entrance off of Morgan Hill Road, the road is gravel and basically flat.! Only one slight left curve on the way. The land is marked absolute on the Northeast corner by survey flags, clearly visible, and next to the road. The Southeast (lower) corner is somewhere close to the power pole and telephone box. This lot is just waiting to have a house built atop it! Come see! Make it your house!
From Fairview NC go south on US-74 Alt.E to a left onto Village Road, then quickly left onto Garren Creek Road. Proceed 6.5 miles to a right onto Morgan Hill Road, then 2.4 miles to a left onto Rush Creek Road. Follow Rusk Creek along the creek, past the waterfall on the right. Look for the power pole and telephone box on the left, just before the pink survey flags on the bank on the left. Across from the large meadow and Rush Creek running beside the field. See signs.
