According to the Avery County tax office, this lot does not yet have an assessed tax value, and no taxes are due for 2023. Taxes will be assessed beginning in 2024. West Ridge will have underground electric and fiber optic internet (installation is ongoing) but each lot is responsible for its own well and septic. HOA fee goes up to $4800/year upon building. Architectural review is required, plans must be submitted before breaking ground, 1200 sf minimum. Some Eagles Nest amenities require additional fees.
