The hillsides and mesas are generally open with scattered cedar, while the draws have a moderate cover of mesquite, cedar, and liveoak. The ranch is watered by 4 water wells and is unimproved except for 3 sets of older working pens. Game include whitetail deer and turkey with various roaming exotics.
