Property is planted to 96 acres of walnuts at 26 x 26 spacing:
Livermore Variety Walnuts: 22 rows (approximately 2,139 trees) planted with RX1 and VX211 Rootstock in 2018.
Chandler Variety Walnuts: 52 rows (approximately 4,008 trees) planted primarily with RX1 and VX211 Rootstock, and a small number with Paradox Rootstock. Each long row of Chandler Walnuts has 98 trees, and each short row has 34 trees. The Chandler Walnuts were planted in 2014 and 2018.

Total production in 2023 was 164,248 pounds and 71,780 pounds in 2022.
Water
Property is located in Reclamation District No 1500 and part of Reclamation District No 1500 GSA. Second source of water includes documented Riparian Rights lifted directly from the Sacramento River. Property also has one (1) 800 GPM Ag well that was drilled in 2013 at 125. Trees are irrigated via micro sprinklers on all berms.
