The Sweet Water Springs Tract is composed of mature natural mixed pine/hardwood forest cover with numerous well-placed food plots scattered throughout. Mast producing trees are abundant including Red and white oaks along with tons of persimmon trees. Box stands are located on several of the food plots and ladder stands are placed at critical crossing and feeding areas. Interior roads allow access throughout the tract. An old mobile home and camper are on site, along with a storage shed. No value is placed on these items and they will be sold "As Is". Power has been run to the mobile home site, and a well is in place. Sumter National Forest is literally across the road, allowing access to over 10,000 acres of public land.
