Driving Directions: The ranch is about 3 miles South of Aspermont on Hwy 83 South.
Location: The ranch is about 55 miles North of Abilene, 150 miles Northeast of Midland, 115 miles Southeast of Lubbock and 190 miles West of Fort Worth.
Acreage: There are 942 acres, all in native mesquite and cedar pasture.
Topography: The ranch topography is gently rolling with some shallow draws and high spots providing nice views.
Rainfall/Elevation: There is about 40' of elevation change across the ranch. According to the Texas Almanac, Stonewall County gets 22.36" of annual rainfall and has a 220 day growing season.
Cover: Cover on the ranch varies. There are some areas of very thick cover, as well as some areas that have been brush sculpted to create a diverse habitat. Main tree cover is mesquite, cedar, and hackberry. Wildlife browse plants include elbow bush, sumac, ephedra, algerita, and others.
Fences: Fences are five strand barbed wire on metal and cedar posts and are in good condition.
Utilities: Electricity is supplied by Big Country Electric Cooperative.
Water: Water is the key feature on this ranch! The main lake is over 3 acres when filled to capacity. The lake has lots of fingers off of the main body of water creating the ideal fish habitat.
