Hello! My name is Carol Games, I am the Managing Broker and Owner of Western Mountain Real Estate. I am a native Texan who grew up in Arkansas. I was raised on a dairy farm, so I learned what work was all about at a very early age! I am very thankful to my parents for teaching me how important a great work ethic is and that a high standard of integrity and values should guide me throughout my life. My love for the outdoors brought me to Colorado in 1985. My first job here was in Meeker, at Ripple Creek Lodge, a dude ranch high in the Rocky Mountains! That was a life-changing experience for me. I was hooked! I loved the mountains and the outdoor life Colorado had to offer. I later moved to Colorado Springs where I met and married my husband, Tony. We have two awesome children, Rachael and Zach, who are both married to absolutely amazing people. We became grandparents in 2014! Wow! What a change, what a blessing! We now have 6 beautiful grandchildren who we are totally crazy about! What a blessing they are! I also enjoy fishing, horses, hiking, whitewater rafting, photography, snowmobiling, and spending quality time with my family. I feel very blessed to live and work in the mountains of this beautiful state of Colorado. Actually living in the mountains has been a constant dream of mine throughout my real estate career. We made that dream a reality, we first moved to Salida, then Steamboat Springs, and then BACK to Salida! Colorado's scenery is just breathtaking! Due to some unexpected life changing events, I now live back on the Front Range of Colorado but will always work in the mountains and beyond! I am licensed in Colorado and Wyoming; so, if you are serious about Selling or Buying, driving the distance is part of my job! I have specialized in Luxury recreational and residential mountain properties, as well as Ranches and hunting properties with larger acreage for over 30 years. With the majority of my experience in recreational land sales and ranch development. I was a co-developer of 22 mountain ranch communities and exclusively worked on and sold a large portion of 10 others in South Central & Southwestern Colorado. I have sold luxury second homes. year round, residential mountain homes on acreage, recreational properties for weekend getaway seekers, and large hunting, cattle, and equestrian ranches in Teller, Fremont, Custer, Chaffee, Park, Gunnison, Routt, Archuleta, and San Miguel Counties over my career.
