The 67 acre parcel does not include my old farmhouse and the 10 acres surrounding it. For 35 years, I have used the property to grow native landscape plants for commercial and residential landscape projects. Roughly half of the 67 acre parcel for sale is listed as conservation land without improvements. Within the wooded conservation areas is an active eagle nest with deer and turkeys present. There are 6 acres of old nursery fields with operable irrigation. The upland acres are very well drained and were planted with citrus before the hard freezes in the 80's. The conservation acreage does not flood. The property could be used for a plant nursery, horse farm and a residence. We are located 25 minutes from the Orlando International Airport, 25 minutes from downtown Orlando, 10 miles from Titusville and I-95, and 25 miles to the Canaveral National Seashore and the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge. The Space Center launches are easily visible to the east. We are located 3/4 miles south of State Road 50.

If needed we could possibly divide the 67 acres into two smaller parcels. I would not be able to divide the 67 acres further.
