METHOD OF SALE

Bidding will be dollars per deeded acre unless otherwise indicated by the auctioneer. Deeded acres may change because of survey or other factors, in which case the total sales price will be adjusted to reflect that. Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. The auction company and seller reserve the right to preclude any person from bidding if there is any concern as to a persons credentials or fitness to bid or enter into a contract.

Earnest money will be held in the listing brokerage escrow account until closing. Only approved bidders will be registered to bid. Buyers will need to provide a letter of credit or proof of funds prior to bidding. Closing will be on or before May 16, 2025. There will be no financing contingencies. Buyers to do their own due diligence prior to bidding. This is a reserve auction, seller can reject or accept any/all bids. Any statements made the day of the auction take precedence over previous materials.
