Cozad, NE 69130 - Custer County

About: An outstanding contiguous tract of land located in southern Custer County. Located 16.5 miles north of Cozad or 11 miles southwest of Callaway. Includes a total of 1579.35 acres more or less according to the Custer County Assessor. This land provides a good mixture of productive cropland and hard land pasture. This property is ideal for a row crop and cattle operation needing a property to keep livestock on for a large period of the year.

Water is not an issue on the property and strategically located. It is setup with water through underground pipeline installed in the last 10 years.
