This 160-acre tract sits just west of Rothsay with access off County Road 26. The access road borders the whole west side of the property, so you can sneak in and hunt on any wind. It is enrolled in a Wetlands Reserve Program (WRP) Easement that limits what you can do with it, but the owner had NRCS approval for 4 acres of food plots. It has since expired, but he works with the NRCS office to allow 8 acres of food plots. There is a good thick cover, which makes it perfect to get the dogs out and start chasing some roosters, and it's great deer bedding! There are thick willows on the south side of the property and a couple of potholes that should hold some ducks during peak migration. Look at the game camera photos from 2019 & 2020 (the last time the property was hunted), and check this one out before it's gone!
