(PST) and end on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 3:00 P.M. (PST). There will be a 3 minute time addition for any bids made within the last minute of the online auction.

The property will be offered in one tract consisting of 160 acres, more or less.

Winning bidder will be required to provide a 10% nonrefundable deposit within 24 hours of signing the purchase contract. The deposit will be held by Pioneer Title at 1889 N. Kolb Road, Tucson, AZ 85715. Close of property will be on or before June 24, 2025.

Purchasers of the property can take immediate possession upon closing.
