This property lies at the foot of the Antelope Range in Eureka County. It is approx. 16 miles South of Hwy. 50. The Antelope Valley Road turns South off Hwy. 50 approx. 18 miles West of Eureka.

The old adobe structures are remenants of the Ranch headquarters of the old Morrison Ranch. The owners are ancestor's of the original homesteaders. A pretty good spring feeds a small meadow type and a row of Cottonwood trees on the ditch below the spring. With a little work on the backhoe the spring looks like it could produce a decent flow and certainly could feed a small reservior (fish pond). A well has also been drilled and is ready to supply additional water. Other recent improvements include a concrete pad for a structure of your choosing and a concrete base for a Witte Generator. There is no power available within reasonable reach so alternative energy is the way to go on this property.
