The property is farmed by a local producer on a 25/75 crop-share rent program and is currently on a rice and soybean crop rotation. The 2023 farming operation yielded 73 BPA of soybeans and 211 BPA of rice. The land has excellent access directly from Arkansas Highway 118 and County Road S245.
