The tillable fields are concealed from the road by Giant miscanthus plantings in 2022. The 42 tillable acres primarily consist of class II Verdigris silt loam and class III Dennis silt loam and are sure to produce great returns. The tillable fields are lined with CRP buffer strips to improve habitat for bird nesting and deer bedding. There are 3 different CRP programs consisting of 26.35 acres averaging $155/acre.
