The Ranch is located in Socorro and Torrance County's and has a total of 17,529 acres, of that 10,590 acres deeded, 4,808 acres New Mexico State Lease and 1,651 acres BLM.

The hunting is 2nd to none due to its strategic location which boarders the +/- 230,000 acre Sevilleta National Wildlife Refuge. The Refuge is a haven for Trophy B&C Elk, Deer, Antelope and Oryx. There is an abundance of quality big game that migrate on and off the ranch from the Sevilleta NWR and utilize the ranch year round. There are 8 working corrals with 1 large pipe corral with scales for processing and shipping cattle at the headquarters. There is a total of 8 wells 2 solar and 3 on submersibles (3 wind mills not in use). Water is distributed by 11 miles of 1 1/4" PVC pipe with 16 drinkers and 11 dirt tanks.
The grasses are predominantly Blue Gramma, Black Gramma, Vine Mesquite, Indian Rice Grass and Sacaton. Browse includes Chamisa, Winter Fat and Cholla. With a mix of Pinon and Cedar trees.Average rainfall is 12 to 14.
