Embrace a slice of Maine's charm with this traditional 1930s hunting camp located in Greenfield, Maine. Set on a private 6.8-acre lot at the end of a secluded road, this off-grid camp proves that comfort and rustic living can go hand in hand. It features two gas heaters, a charming wood cook stove, gas lights, a gas refrigerator, and even a heater in the outhouse. Most of the camp's contents are included so that you can settle in right away.

The property is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. With direct access to snowmobile and ATV trails and just under a mile from the 3000-acre Sunkaze Meadows Wildlife Refuge, you'll have endless opportunities for hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, hunting, and fishing. Families can also enjoy the nearby Maine Youth Fish and Game Pickerel Pond, which offers great programs for kids.

Though it feels miles away from civilization, the camp is conveniently located only 10 miles from Old Town and Dunkin'. The County Road is town-maintained, with a short drive or snowshoe trek to the camp, allowing for year-round use.

The perfect blend of nostalgia and adventure awaits!
