Description
o 27 acres of Chandler walnuts on Paradox rootstock, planted in 2018. There is a
new ag well that has an 75hp pump to service the solid set sprinklers. The
orchard is planted on a 26 x 27 spacing and has 62 trees per acre.

o These are some of the best orchard soils in Sutter County. Some of the best
peach and walnut orchards in the north state are growing in these soils. (UC

o Butte Water District and Deep Well with 75 hp turbine pump. The 2018
planted Chandlers are irrigated with solid set sprinklers. The 12well is 210
feet deep, cased to 103 feet. The bowls are set at 80 feet. The pump speed is
