The Cross Creek Pivots is located near Lyman, Nebraska in an area known for its productivity. The property consists of 329.92 deeded acres with approximately 250 acres under pivot and 35 flood-irrigated acres. There are three low-pressure pivots on the property. The North Pivot is an eight-tower Valley pivot that irrigates approximately 90 acres currently planted in grass. The Middle Pivot consists of approximately 75 acres currently planted in alfalfa and is irrigated by a five-tower pivot. The South Pivot is a seven-town Zimmatic pivot and irrigates approximately 85 acres of beans. Water rights include water under the Gering-Fort Laramie Irrigation District as well as a supplemental irrigation well.
