From 1-40 at Ash Fork take the Hwy. 89 Exit. Turn north from the exit onto Lewis Ave. and go approx. 0.45mi. to 1st Street. Turn right on 1st Street and go 0.1mi to Double A Ranch Road on the right.
Follow Double A Ranch Road north across the RR tracks and continue about 4.76 miles to Terry Lane on the left. There is a road sign here. Follow Terry Lane westerly approx. 2.58 miles to W. Betty Jo Way.
*Terry Lane drops in and crosses Partridge Creek at 1.84 miles, then continues up the west side to Betty Jo Way at the top. *Betty Jo Way goes right (west) at GPS= 35.295031, -112.513394. There are no road signs here or beyond, but Betty Jo Way is the 1 mile road on the right at the top of the climb and is the obvious most traveled road for access to the area. Bear right onto Betty Jo Way and follow it west 1.0 mile to where it comes into an open meadow. This is the intersection of N. Catalina Blvd. *There are no signs here. N. Catalina Blvd. runs north-south along the meadows eastern edge.
From the intersection of Betty Jo Way and N. Catalina Blvd. at the open meadow (GPS= 35.29429,-112.53079), continue generally west/northwest on the well-traveled road across the meadow
approx. 0.39mi.to W. Valley View Blvd, which runs east-west along the treeline on the north side of
the meadow.
( ** You can alternately turn right on N. Catalina and follow it north along the meadow to W. Valley
View Blvd. Then go left (west) on Valley View Blvd. 0.56mi.to N. Randall Blvd.)
Merge west onto Valley View Blvd at the meadow's north edge and continue west 0.39mi. to the intersection of N. Randall Blvd running north-south at GPS= 35.296299, - 112.541068. Turn left and follow N. Randal Blvd south across the meadow (and past the volcanic butte on the left) approx. 1.33 miles to W. Eleanor Drive on the right. There is a "Dead End Road" sign ahead at this intersection. Turn right on Eleanor Drive and go southwest 0.21mi to its end at N. Cleo Drive on the hillside. Turn left onto N. Cleo Drive and follow it 0.27mi. to a small two-track road on the right. This is N. Lynn Drive. GPS=35.272976, 112.540152. ** There is an old, abandoned mobile home on the
south corner of Lynn Drive.
Turn right onto Lynn Drive and follow it westerly 250 yards to the parcel north corner on the left. The north corner is marked and flagged and is GPS= 35.2723184, -112. 54236. The west corner is on the left 278 feet further down Lynn Drive.
