Concordia parish is one of the most sought-after parishes in LA for both quantity and quality of deer hunting. Being right along the Mississippi River, this area of the state is home to all that Sportsman’s paradise has to offer. This 340-acre tract is no exception. Completely loaded with classic bottomland hardwood timber, along with its 2 large cypress brakes your family can enjoy hunting for deer, ducks, squirrels, rabbits, hogs, etc and there are PLENTY of areas to fish nearby as well! 8 brand new steel construction box stands, along with a few others give you plenty of room to hunt your family and friends. The road system was developed with heavy construction to make sure you can utilize the whole place. A 60x40 red iron construction pole barn is equipped with water, power, and septic for your campsite! And being next to Richard Yancey WMA allows for thousands of additional acres to enjoy!! Call me and I’ll answer any questions you have to see if this is the one for your family!
