The Boathouse overlooks the professionally landscaped pond and farm, providing a quiet spot for reading or meditation. The Art Studio is available for additional guests. Goats maintain several acres of fenced pasture. The goats are offered with all of the equipment, furnishings, fixtures, and intellectual property to continue operations.
