Electricity is provided by Rio Grande Electric Co-OP. There is a working windmill on property which supplies water to the house and camp. Half ownership of an additional well located on the neighbors property conveys. There is a line run from that well to camp. The windmill also supplies water to a small pond next to the house. This ensures there is always plenty of game on the property and close to the house. Not to mention the pond makes an excellent place to dove hunt. 3 to 4-man limits are very common September-October.
