In about a mile turn right to stay on County Road 30 and then travel for 3.4 miles and turn left onto Sand Bottom Road. The access road to the Sand Bottom Road Tract will be on the right in 1.5 miles. This access has been used for many years by the previous owners but is not a deeded easement.
